1. Scope

This return and refund policy applies to all sales of carpets made via our website, to consumers residing in the European Union / European Economic Area. Business customers (B2B) are excluded from the EU consumer cancellation right; separate terms apply for B2B orders.

2. Consumer 14-day cancellation right (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your carpet order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the goods.

To cancel, send a clear cancellation notice to us by email: [email protected]. You may use the model cancellation form (we can provide it upon request), but it is not mandatory.

After you notify us of cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

3. Return shipping costs

If you cancel your order: You bear the direct cost of returning the carpets to us.

We will inform you of the estimated return shipping cost before you place your order.

4. Condition of returned goods

The carpets must be returned in usable condition. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. If damage, wear or loss of value arises from handling beyond simple inspection, we may deduct the corresponding value from your refund. Custom-made / custom-sized carpets are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right, as they are produced to your individual specifications .

5. Refund

We will process your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned carpets (or proof that you have sent them back). We refund using the same payment method you used for purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method. We do not charge any fees for the refund itself.

6. Defective goods (Warranty)

For defective carpets, statutory warranty rights apply for 2 years from delivery. If goods are faulty, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation according to statutory law. Contact us via [email protected]  with photos and order details.

7. Exclusions

• Custom-made carpets (individual measurements, custom colours, bespoke designs): No 14-day cancellation right.
• Goods that are damaged by you after delivery.
• B2B orders for commercial use: No consumer cancellation rights.
